Return of the goods
If for some reason one or more bottles should have arrived damaged at your address, immediately contact our customer care at info@barolo.me and explain the extent of the damage. Our operators will answer you as soon as possible.
In case of damaged goods we may request the return of the bottle and the sending of a photo with the description of the damage by email in order to avoid similar problems in the future.
In case of wine not to one's liking and damaged goods, it is necessary to follow the procedure below to be reimbursed:
- send by e-mail no later than 14 days from receipt of the package the refund request and the reason for the same
- no later than 14 days from the communication of the intention to return, send the goods you wish to return to the address:
