• Uploading images that violate an individual's privacy posted without her consent;

• Upload images of minors without parental consent;

• Upload defamatory images to religions / people / states.

The user declares and guarantees under his own responsibility that the Images are free from third party rights, including but not limited to copyright, copyright, personality rights or others, and that he is therefore fully entitled and authorized to use them. and / or sell them and / or allow third parties to use them.

In the case of Personal Images, he declares and guarantees that the subject portrayed in the Personal Image has expressly given his consent to the creation of the images, and to any subsequent use thereof, including the right to transfer or share with third parties, and declares to guarantee and indemnify Barolo.me, and its successors in title, from any right, question, action, claim or request of third parties in relation to the use of the Personal Image.

The user expressly authorizes Barolo.me and hereby expresses his irrevocable consent to the use, by Barolo.me, or its successors in title, of the Images (including Personal), renouncing as of now any possible question, claim or exception regarding these forms of use, except in the case of defamatory use or otherwise prohibited by current criminal law.

He also agrees to any modification or adaptation of the Images (including Personal), for technical or opportunity reasons and at the sole discretion of Barolo.me. He also renounces, in acceptance of these rules, any request or claim of any kind, patrimonial and non-patrimonial, relative or consequent to the use of the Images by Barolo.me or its successors in title.

Please note Some images in the labels presented on the site have been freely taken from the web.

There cannot be considered a copyright or image right infringement on our part as it was not possible for us to contact the legitimate owners to ask for permission to use such images.

However, if you are the owner and you send us an email, with appropriate evidence attached, we will remove it as soon as possible.

Shipping and Delivery

Shipping costs are fixed and amount to € 7.90 (Italy) and 24,99 € (EU). In case of orders over € 59, shipping costs are free (ITALY).
 
The order is entrusted to the express courier within 24 working hours and is delivered within 24/48 hours. If, on the other hand, there are wines with different shipping times, you will be notified of the date range within which we plan to ship.

Once an order has been placed, it is no longer possible to change the shipping address. If the order has not yet been sent, you can correct or change the delivery address.

Return of the goods

If for some reason one or more bottles should have arrived damaged at your address, immediately contact our customer care at info@barolo.me and explain the extent of the damage. Our operators will answer you as soon as possible.

In case of damaged goods we may request the return of the bottle and the sending of a photo with the description of the damage by email in order to avoid similar problems in the future.

In case of wine not to one's liking and damaged goods, it is necessary to follow the procedure below to be reimbursed:

- send by e-mail no later than 14 days from receipt of the package the refund request and the reason for the same

- no later than 14 days from the communication of the intention to return, send the goods you wish to return to the address:
