Grapes: Nebbiolo
Harvest: 1st-2nd decade of October
Vinification: maceration for 7 days at 28 ° C
Aging: in 700l barrels for 6 months
Bottling: 12 months after the harvest
Storage: bottle laid down, away from light and sudden changes in temperature
Average life: 4-8 years
Smell: fruity, decisive, with floral sensations, delicate and pleasant
Color: ruby red with medium intensity and good lively hue

Production area
